Artist and designer Ben Rubin is the Director of the Center for Data Arts at The New School. Rubin engages with social, cultural, and environmental data to create large scale media installations and performance designs. His work has been presented at venues including the Whitney, MoMA, and the Science Museum, London, and he has been commissioned to create permanent permanent installations for The Public Theater, The New York Times Building, and Brookfield Place, Calgary, among others.
