Born, raised and educated in the center of Milan, Italy’s business, fashion and design capital at 160 Km from the closest body of salt water.

After attending Milan State University of Economics to join his father CPA firm, Federico’s life was driven by his passion instead, ever since.

He opened, owned and operated a yacht charter company for 4 years, including a transatlantic sailboat crossing.

Federico’s joined the Azimut-Benetti Group in 2001 in the position of Service Manager.

After 4 years at the head quarters, he was assigned the task to move to the USA to open and operate the Parent Company first foreign branch.

Azimut-Benetti Americas was founded in 2004.

Branch Vice President and Director of Americas Service Operations from 2004 to 2010, Federico was promoted to President and  Director of Americas Sales and Service Operations in 2010, position that he holds today, 19 years after joining the Azimut-Benetti Group.
