Judith Gura

Judith Gura is a design historian and author of Postmodern Design Complete and eight other books about design, interiors and furniture, including Interior Landmarks: Treasures of New York and Design After Modernism. A graduate of Cornell University, she has a Master’s from the Bard Graduate Center, and is a professor at the New York School of Interior Design. She has curated exhibitions at the school, and worked on exhibitions at the Brooklyn Museum, the Whitney Museum, and the Museum of Women in the Arts, and lectures frequently about contemporary design and decorative arts.
