Alexandre Mac Dowell

Alexandre Mac Dowell is responsible for the operations of IBOC in Brazil and the worldwide circulation strategy of the opera O Sétimo Selo. He spearheaded the opera's Bergman Centennial 2018 Brazilian concert premiere. He is also a founding partner of Conethics CULT - a cultural production company.

Alexandre conceived the LIVEstream to ALIVE project, an international online journey of collaboration, engaging creativity, reflection, and art while living in a post-pandemic world. As a backdrop is the beauty and complexity of the process of creating a new opera: “O Sétimo Selo” - by João MacDowell and libretto of Ingmar Bergman.

A graduate from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (SP-Brasil) with an MBA from SDA Bocconi School of Management (Milan-Italy). Alex Mac Dowell has a career spanning 24 years as an entrepreneur, business executive, and consultant for organizations of various sizes and segments. He has executed intercultural corporate experiences in Brazil and abroad (China, Holland, Egypt, USA, Canada, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela, Peru, and Bolivia).
